По случаю болезни Коли Конради брат на один день отложил свою поездку. Уезжаю сегодня. ''Ужасный'' месяц, проведённый мной в обеих столицах, завершился вчера достойным ''финалом''. Известная особа опять подвергла меня вчера преследованию. Из Каменки напишу Вам, в чем состоял мой вчерашний разговор с ней.

Уезжаю с чувством величайшей радости. Меня терзает мысль, что я в Москве ни разу не мог написать Вам путного письма. Приходится ограничиться этим коротеньким листочком. Будьте здоровы, драгоценный, милый друг! Да будут успешны все Ваши дела.
