Берлии 8 февр[аля] Сегодня я пошёл в сундук, чтобы посмотреть, положил ли ко мне Алёша 1) корректуру детских песней и 2) переправки: 1-й симфонии, которые сделаны Лангером и Кашкиным и которые я всё собирался просмотреть, да так и не просмотрел. Оказалось, что ни того ни другого у меня [нет], и почему Алёша не положил этого — не понимаю. Я сейчас написал ему письмо, но боюсь, что он уже уехал в деревню. В таком случае 1-ю симфонию ты не получишь раньше марта, ибо только к этому времени Алёша вернётся в Москву. Что касается детских песен, то вели, пожалуйста, их ещё раз напечатать, и всю корректуру я с надеждой возлагаю на Хризандера. Только насчёт согласования слов с музыкой нужно будет или меня дождаться, или обратиться к Танееву, Ларошу, Кашкину и т. п.
